Cancellation Policy

Deposit Refunds: There are no refunds for deposits. 100% credit towards rescheduled appointment: Must cancel or reschedule no less than 48 hrs prior. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled outside of the allotted 24 hour window will be charged 100% of the service total. There are no refunds or credits for the deposit. NO SHOWS are subject to paying 100% of the service total and termination from booking future appointments. Arriving to any appointment 15 minutes after scheduled start time will result in cancellation and will be considered as a No Show. Please communicate so that we may try to accommodate you. If you need to reschedule or cancel during non-business hours, you may do so online via your appointment confirmation email. All payments are final, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
